Free running at Beach Area C
Willy Noord is within walking distance (300m) of Strandvak C – a true dog paradise! This stretch of beach is a year-round off-leash area for dogs. Here, your dog can run, play, and swim freely, regardless of the season.
Dogs are also welcome in other parts of the beach:
- From April 1 to October 1, dogs are not allowed on the beach between 9:00 AM and 7:00 PM.
- Exception: if the weather forecast (refers to an external website) between 9:00 AM and 7:00 PM is below 18 degrees Celsius and/or if it is raining, dogs are also allowed on the beach during the day.
- Dogs and fishermen are allowed on the beach section north of the outfall, beach section C (at 300 meters), next to kite club Airtime, all year round.
- You do not need to keep your dog on a leash on the beach.
- On the beach, you are also required to clean up after your dog!
