1. Rental Confirmation
a. The renter will receive a confirmation email. The confirmation and acceptance of these rental terms and conditions together constitute a provisional rental agreement between the addressee of the confirmation letter (renter) and the sender (landlord).
b. Upon receipt of full payment, no later than 28 days before arrival, the reservation is final.
c. Beach Bungalows Willy Noord only accepts bookings from persons aged 18 or over. Groups of young people are not permitted.
2. Rental Costs
a. The rental price includes the rental of the cottage as listed on the website www.strandbungalowswillynoord.nl, and:

3. Payments
a. Upon booking, we require a deposit of 50% of the rental price. You will then receive an email confirmation and information regarding your remaining payment.
b. Once the deposit has been received, the booking will be activated.
c. The beach bungalows and the surrounding area must be used with care and in accordance with their intended use. To this end, we request a deposit of €100 at the start of your stay. This deposit will be refunded upon departure, minus any damage and outstanding costs.
d. The remaining amount must be transferred to the bank account of Strandbungalows Willy Noord no later than four weeks before arrival (account number NL85RABO0166221023 (BIC code RABONL2U)). If booking within four weeks of arrival, the entire amount must be paid immediately upon booking.

5. Regulations
a. Arrival is from 3:00 PM and departure before 10:00 AM. If you arrive after 5:00 PM, please inform us by calling 06 53 47 59 16.
b. A maximum of one dog is permitted in our beach bungalows. A fee of €30 applies. Please note the applicable municipal regulations for dogs on the beach. You can find these on the website of the municipality of Katwijk.
c. The tenant must adhere to all other house rules, which are included in the welcome folder of the beach bungalows.
d. The Willy Noord beach bungalows are smoke-free by order of the fire department.
e. Barbecuing is not permitted at the bungalows.
f. Open fires are not permitted at the Willy Noord beach bungalows.
6. Liability
a. We assume that you will treat nature, the environment, and the beach bungalows with respect. If you cause a nuisance and/or damage to the bungalow or its contents, you risk having to leave the beach bungalow.
b. Beach Bungalows Willy Noord accepts no liability for theft, loss, or damage of or to property or persons, of any nature whatsoever, during or as a result of a stay in a beach bungalow, unless there is intent or gross negligence on the part of Beach Bungalows Willy Noord or (one of) its employees.
c. Beach Bungalows Willy Noord is not liable for disruptions to services or defects in services provided by third parties.
d. You and the user are jointly and severally liable for all loss and/or damage to the rented accommodation and/or other property of Willy Noord Beach Bungalows that occurs during their use by you and/or other users, regardless of whether this is the result of your actions or omissions and/or those of third parties occupying the bungalow with your permission. You indemnify Willy Noord Beach Bungalows against all claims for damages from third parties resulting from any actions or omissions of yourself, other users, your travel companions, or third parties occupying the bungalow with your permission.
e. In the event of improper use or excessive soiling of the accommodation, an additional €50 cleaning fee will be charged, which you are obligated to pay immediately or deduct from the deposit.
f. No noise disturbance.
g. Large groups of visitors are not permitted at the Willy Noord beach bungalows.
7. Complaints
a. Complaints must be reported on-site, so that Strandbungalows Willy Noord has the opportunity to resolve the complaint. If it later turns out that the traveler did not report the error or deficiency on-site, they lose the right to any refund.
b. The traveler is not entitled to a refund from Strandbungalows Willy Noord in the event of early departure.
c. If a complaint is not resolved, it must be submitted in writing and with reasons to Strandbungalows Willy Noord, Paul Krugerstraat 16, 2225 ZK Katwijk, or by email to info@strandbungalowswillynoord.nl, no later than one month after return. After this period, the right to a refund expires.
8. Other
a. Dutch law applies to this rental agreement.
b. These general terms and conditions supersede all previous publications.
